If you have placed an order for several different products, you may receive a package with only part of your order. Do not be concerned; the rest of your order should be delivered shortly in one or more other packages.

If you are a European customer with order value of $99 or more your order should arrive in around 6 - 7 days.

If you live outside Europe, most products, including prescription medications, should arrive in around 9-12 days from the date you ordered.

If you are a European customer with order value of less than $99 your order should arrive in around 9-12 days.

Sales tax: There is no sales tax for this order.

Customs duties: In most countries, custom duties or taxes are not added to your purchase; they are considered "Personal Import", not a purchase for re-distribution.

Approval in your country: Under the personal import laws of most countries, an individual is allowed to import products for their "personal use", including prescription medicines. The declared value may vary from country to country before taxes are paid.

Seizure by Customs or Refusal of order: If your shipment is seized by customs, it is your responsibility to claim it. If customs damages your order, unfortunately, it is no longer the Company's liability, but the customers. It is also your responsibility to determine what products are legally allowed.
