PRODUCT DETAILS

Product description: Levitra is a prescription medication that helps arteries in the penis relax and widen during sexual stimulation. As a result, men who suffer from impotence find it easier to achieve erections. Levitra works similarly to the popular impotence drug Viagra. But unlike Viagra, Levitra stays in the body for up to 16 hours, which means a man can engage in multiple encounters with his partner without having to take another dose.

How to use this product: Levitra is available in 10 mg and 20 mg tablets. Only your doctor can decide which dose is right for you. The normal prescribed dose for most men is one 10 mg tablet at least 25 to 60 minutes before engaging in sexual activity.

Side effects: Most side effects are mild to moderate. They include headache, flushing, indigestion, nausea, dizziness, and blocked or runny nose. Less common side effects associated with Levitra include sensitivity of the eye to sunlight, high or low blood pressure, fainting, stiffness in muscles, effects on vision, and painful or spontaneous erections. In clinical studies these side effects were rare and occurred in less than 10% of patients.

Precautions: You can take Levitra with or without food. However, taking Levitra with meals high in fat content may delay the reaction time. Also, DO NOT drink grapefruit juice when you use Levitra. It may interfere with the effects of the drug.

Levitra might make some people feel dizzy or affect their vision. If you feel dizzy or if your vision is affected, DO NOT drive or perform potentially hazardous activities until your symptoms are gone.

Before you take Levitra, tell your doctor if you have heart trouble, sick cell disease, multiple myeloma, leukaemia, stomach ulcers, bleeding disorder (such as haemophilia), and/or any physical condition that affects the shape of the penis.

DO NOT take Levitra if you:

* Are allergic to vardenafil or any of the other ingredients in Levitra.
* Take nitrates for angina.
* Have severe heart or liver problems.
* Are receiving kidney dialysis treatments
* Have recently had a stroke or heart attack.
* Have low pressure.
* Have a history of degenerative eye diseases (such as retinitis pigmentosa)

Drug interactions: Drugs that may interfere with Levitra include the following:

* Nitrates (medicines for angina)
* Retonavir or Indinavire (medicines for HIV)
* Ketoconazole or Itraconazole (anti-fungal medicines)
* Erythromycin (antibiotic)
* Alpha-blockers (blood pressure medications)
